StudiSaudi Terms of Service
The Indonesian version is the binding version; other versions are convenience translations only.

1. Acceptance
By using studyinsaudi.id (the "Platform") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of service — IMPORTANT
StudiSaudi is an independent educational platform providingsimulations and guidance. It isNOT an official government site and is NOTaffiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Government of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Ministry of Education,studyinsaudi.sa, the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL), or the Hamza (همزة) test.
3. Not official registration & no guarantee
All simulations are practice. The Platform does not process any official registration; produces no official document, status, application number, or score; and guarantees no admission or test result. Official registration is free and done only atstudyinsaudi.sa. No party officially represents the Saudi MoE/universities for registration; StudiSaudi offers no registration-agent service.
4. Hamza materials
"Hamza/همزة" and the Hamza test are owned by KSGAAL; we are not affiliated. All practice items are original, are notofficial exam questions, and results are not official scores.
5. User obligations
Provide accurate information; use only for lawful educational purposes; no copying/scraping/resale; do not misuse the Platform to mislead others into thinking it is official.
6. Intellectual property
Original Platform content belongs to StudiSaudi (protected under Law 28/2014 on Copyright). Third-party marks/names are their owners'; used fordescriptive reference only.
7. Fees & payment
(If paid services.) Pricing and scope of paid services (e.g. the Hamza prep packages) are on the Pricing page. Payment is one-time for lifetime access — we do not offer automatic refunds. For exceptional cases (e.g. a technical fault on our side), contactadmin@studyinsaudi.id and we'll review it. International buyers pay through Dodo Payments, which is the seller (merchant of record) for that purchase: it issues your receipt, its name appears on your card statement, and itsbuyer termsapply. Refunds we approve are processed through Dodo. Paying StudiSaudi is not payment for official registration (which is free).
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Provided "as is"; content may differ from and isnot maintained by the official portal and may change anytime — verify atstudyinsaudi.sa. No warranty of accuracy/completeness/currency.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StudiSaudi is not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
10. Third-party links
The Platform may link to official sites (e.g. studyinsaudi.sa); we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes apply once published. Continued use means acceptance.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia; disputes go to the competent court of Jakarta if amicable resolution fails.
