StudiSaudi Privacy Policy
The Indonesian version is the binding version; other versions are convenience translations only.

1. Controller
StudiSaudi, Jakarta, Indonesia (full address available on request),admin@studyinsaudi.id is the personal-data Controller under Law 27/2022 (PDP).
2. Minimization
As a simulation/education platform we minimize personal data. We do not ask for official-portal credentials, national ID (NIK), passport numbers, or identity-document scans "for practice" — please don't upload them.
3. Data processed
- Optional account: name/nickname, email;
- Practice activity: answers and internal practice scores (not official);
- Technical: logs, device, cookies/analytics;
- Payment: handled by a third-party payment provider. Indonesian buyers pay through Midtrans. International buyers pay through Dodo Payments, which collects the payment details it needs (such as name, email and billing address) under its own privacy policy. We don't store card data. We only receive your order and its payment status.
- Email: your address and name are sent to our email provider, Sender, to deliver purchase receipts and, only if you opt in, study tips and promotions.
4. Legal basis
Performance of a contract — the service you request when registering or making a payment on the Platform. Emailed tips and promotions: your consent (you opt in), which you can withdraw at any time in your account settings or with the unsubscribe link in each email.
5. Purposes
Provide/improve simulations and materials; manage accounts; process payments; security; service communications. We do not sellyour data.
6. Processors
Hosting, analytics and email providers act asProcessors bound to confidentiality and our instructions. Email is delivered bySender (UAB "Sender.lt", Lithuania). Payment providers are different: Midtrans and Dodo Payments handle your payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. For international purchases Dodo Payments is the seller (merchant of record) and controls that data; see itsprivacy policy.
7. Cross-border transfer
If a processor is outside Indonesia, transfers follow PDP Art. 56 (adequate protection or your consent).
8. Retention
Kept while your account is active or as needed, then deleted/anonymized.
9. Your rights
Access, rectify, erase, withdraw consent, restrict/object, data portability, and complain to the PDP supervisory authority. Contactadmin@studyinsaudi.id.
10. Children
Applicants may be minors. Indonesian law requires a parent or guardian's involvement in the processing of a minor's data. If you are under 18, please use the Platform with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian.
11. Security & breach notice
Reasonable safeguards; breaches notified to you and the authority within3×24 hours (PDP Art. 46).
12. Cookies
Used for functionality and measurement; manage via your browser settings.
13. Changes
Updates apply once published.
